Armstrong Mortgage Company is a full service mortgage banking firm, founded in 1971. We provide mortgage services for our clients including: the origination of multifamily, commercial and industrial property loans and appraisal services in connection with origination of income property loans, as well as providing consulting services to Non-Profit groups that develop Elderly Housing.

We are a FHA-approved Mortgagee and a FNMA Seller/Servicer in addition to being a correspondent for various Life Insurance Companies.

Effective June 1, 2000 we have been approved to submit and process applications for FHA multifamily mortgage insurance under their Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) program.

Currently, we are servicing over $450,000,000 for many investors including life insurance companies, pension funds and other institutional investors.

Armstrong Mortgage Company has 35+ years experience in determining the feasibility of rental projects. Throughout this time period we have served as mortgagee for over 208 FHA-insured loans with dollar volume equaling $702,646,476. In addition, Armstrong Mortgage Company has served as a consultant for non-profit sponsors of 65 Section 202/811 project loans, with loan amounts to $129,172,919. The total volume of HUD and FHA-insured loans originated by Armstrong Mortgage Company total $831,819,395.
